Our customer, a new upscale restaurant of European cuisine (120 seats), invites applications for the position of
Place of work: Kyiv, Ukraine
- Opening of restaurant from scratch (European cuisine);
- Provision and control of the whole technological cooking process.
- Development of new menu, dishes and concept;
- Ready product quality control;
- Preparation of cost cards and products sheets;
- Preparation of orders of the required products, semi-processed food and raw materials.
- Term and range control. Accounting of product stock, compliance with product storage terms and conditions, purchase optimization;
- Kitchen work control and personnel management.
- Control of compliance with labor rules and standards and safety engineering, sanitary norms, production and labor discipline by employees;
- M/F, 28 to 35 years old
- Operational experience as a cook min 5 years, as a co-chef min 2 years
- The experience of managing the team including min 8 persons is obligatory
- Fluent colloquial English
- Managerial abilities, ability to create a team and work with it
- Active stand in life, purposefulness, willingness to work and develop as a professional
- High exactingness to oneself and to others
- Stress tolerance
- Sociability, initiative, creativity.
